BSV was founded by Mr Bonaventure Aluta , who share a deep-seated passion for sports and a fervent desire to empower young athletes in Tanzania. Recognizing the need for a holistic approach to sports training, our founders envisioned a place where talent meets opportunity, and hard work translates into success. Despite being a new venture, BsV is driven by a team of experienced coaches and mentors who bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the agency.
